Pinakinvox ships store-ready MVPs from Statesman House for founders in Delhi, Gurgaon, and Noida. A focused build is ₹1.5–4 lakhs over 6–10 weeks. When Figma is already signed off, engineering, QA, and Play Store / App Store submission typically fit 4–8 weeks on React Native or Flutter and Node.js.

The short version
Pinakinvox is a New Delhi MVP development company serving Delhi NCR. A focused store-ready MVP is ₹1.5–4 lakhs over 6–10 weeks. With approved Figma, engineering, QA, and App Store / Play Store submission typically fit 4–8 weeks on React Native or Flutter and Node.js. Itemised quote within 24 hours.
Figma already approved
4–8 weeks to store. Sprints start in week 1. React Native or Flutter plus Node.js, then Play Console and App Store Connect in accounts you own.
We also design
6–10 weeks, ₹1.5–4 lakhs. Weeks 1–2 are flows and high-fidelity screens; weeks 3 onward are the same engineering-to-store path.
Not an MVP
Payments, notifications, and a real admin panel are ₹4–12 lakhs over 10–16 weeks. We will say so on the scoping call instead of stuffing version two into week four.
Gurgaon / Cyber City product work that is not a first-store MVP lives on the Gurgaon app page. Broader iOS / Android / Flutter delivery is on mobile app development in Delhi NCR.
| Starting point | Timeline | Stack | Fits when |
|---|---|---|---|
| Figma already approved | 4–8 weeks to store | React Native or Flutter + Node.js | One core workflow, one hypothesis, iOS and Android from one codebase |
| We also design | 6–10 weeks | Figma, then React Native or Flutter + Node.js | No signed screens yet — weeks 1–2 are flows and high-fidelity UI |
| Native iOS or Android only | 10–16 weeks | Swift / SwiftUI or Kotlin / Jetpack Compose | Deep device APIs — Bluetooth, background location, on-device ML |
| Payments, notifications, admin | 10–16 weeks | Same cross-platform stack, more product depth | Not an MVP — a production consumer app. See cross-platform development |
Pinakinvox focused MVP in Delhi NCR — one core workflow, basic auth, backend API, and a single store listing, typically React Native or Flutter. 6–10 weeks including Figma; 4–8 weeks engineering-to-store when screens are already signed off

One hypothesis, one user journey, one store listing. We write what is in, what is out, and the store date. If the list is version two, we cut it before anyone opens a repo.
If screens are already signed, this step is a review, not a redesign. If they are not, we produce flows and high-fidelity UI for the core journey only — then freeze them.
Two-week sprints with a testable build each time. PostgreSQL, your cloud accounts, event analytics (PostHog or Amplitude) wired before launch. You talk to the engineer, not a ticket queue.
Device QA on mid-range Android (the NCR default), TestFlight or internal testing, then submission in Play Console and App Store Connect accounts you own. 30 days of post-launch support is included.
India-first products from Delhi, Gurugram, and Noida fail the same way: they ship a website and call it an app, or they skip Play Store because “we will add it later.” The first listing has to take a real user through one job — UPI or Razorpay if you are testing willingness to pay, email if you are not.
Play Store for reach. One React Native or Flutter codebase if you also need the App Store.
Play Console and App Store Connect in your company name. We submit; we do not hold the listing.
If you cannot see whether the core flow completed, the build did not answer the question.
A sprint demo you can tap. Not a slide deck of progress.

Not every engagement was a four-week sprint. These are live products with a store or a user-facing client — the kind of work a 4–8 week MVP has to be able to grow into.
Designed a modern, elegant, and calming pregnancy tracking mobile application to help expecting mothers monitor baby growth and log symptoms.
Built a React Native mobile ordering app to help a restaurant chain manage direct orders and delivery.
The same three tools the 4-step path uses — not a catalogue of every framework we have touched.

Data you keep
Yes — when Figma is already signed off and the scope is one core workflow. That 4–8 week window is engineering, device QA, and Play Store / App Store submission. If we also design, the full engagement is 6–10 weeks and ₹1.5–4 lakhs. A payments-plus-admin consumer app is a different rung: ₹4–12 lakhs over 10–16 weeks.
For an India-first NCR launch, Android is the reach platform — most Indian smartphones are Android — so Play Store is non-negotiable. If you also need iOS, we ship both from one React Native or Flutter codebase rather than two native teams. Choose native Swift or Kotlin only when the product depends on Bluetooth, background location, or on-device ML that the cross-platform layer does not cover cleanly.
Signed Figma means we skip weeks 1–2 of flows and high-fidelity screens and start sprints immediately — that is the 4–8 week engineering-to-store path. No signed screens means we design first, then build, and the whole engagement is 6–10 weeks. Wireframes that still change every week are not signed screens; we will say so on the scoping call rather than pretend the 4–8 week window still applies.
A focused MVP is ₹1.5–4 lakhs. What moves the number is user roles, payment logic, and integrations you do not control — not screen count. You get an itemised fixed-price quote within 24 hours. You own the repository from the first commit.
Store submission is in the scope. We set up Play Console and App Store Connect in accounts you own, run TestFlight or internal testing, and handle the first listing. Code-only handoff is how NCR founders get stuck with a build that cannot pass review.
