What do you like best?
The thing that stood out to me right away was how seriously they took compliance and security. In my world, that is non-negotiable. We were looking to modernize some of our internal reporting systems that track equipment maintenance and safety logs, and we needed someone who understood that we can't just push things out the door. They took the time to understand our workflows and the regulatory environment we operate in. The team was very patient walking our clinical staff through the new interface, and the project manager kept things organized across our different campuses. They delivered a stable product that actually works the way we needed it to, without trying to sell us on a bunch of extra features we didn't ask for.
What do you dislike?
There were a few moments during the integration phase where I felt the communication got a little tangled, mostly because we had multiple stakeholders on our side and sometimes the clinical staff were hard to pin down for feedback. That was probably more on our end than theirs, but it did cause a slight delay in the rollout.
“Honestly, the biggest win for me has been the communication.”

What do you like best?
Honestly, the biggest win for me has been the communication. I have worked with a lot of external dev agencies, especially offshore, and the biggest headache is always the time zone gap and the vagueness. With Pinakinvox, it's been very straightforward from day one. They understood the pressure we are under to keep our site lean and our backend efficient to support our Amazon and Walmart channels. They don't just blindly code; they actually ask the right questions about how our systems talk to each other. We needed a custom dashboard that could pull data from our ERP and sync with our Shopify store, and they built a scalable solution for us. It feels stable and I don't have to babysit them, which is rare.
What do you dislike?
There isn't much to dislike, but if I have to nitpick, I would say the speed of initial onboarding could have been slightly faster. It took a little longer than I anticipated to get the NDA and vendor paperwork done, but to be fair, that's often a corporate hurdle on our side as much as theirs.
